A member of the Falmouth Falcons Quidditch Team, in 1929 Randolph Keitch and his teammate Basil Horton founded the Comet Trading Company which sold Quidditch brooms. Together, they invented the Horton-Keitch Braking Charm, which was used to slow brooms more precisely, and stop players flying offside by mistake.
