Overview

The Wand-Extinguishing Charm is the counter-charm to the Wand-Lighting Charm, Lumos. It extinguishes the light conjured by the spell, and was presumably invented by Levina Monkstanley, who invented the Wand-Lighting Charm too. This spell was taught to First year students at Hogwarts School.
