Hythlos Honeywood Oh that sent early. I'll try again xD No, common misconception** a half blood can have two wizarding parents. Harry Potter was a half-blood with both wizarding parents. Pure-blood simply means no mixed blood in the line at all, the moment muggle blood enters, even after a couple of generations, they still have to go by half-blood. Thank you for asking though :)

Ophelia Feldman Doesn't a Halfblood need to have only 1 wizarding parent and 1 muggle parent in order to be a half blood? only way a halfblood has 2 wizarding parents is via adoption or step parent. On that note If you're looking to adopt might I recommend one of our fine Orphans available at the Sunrise Childrens Home. We have plenty of options! Tall, Short, well behaved, slightly rowdy we even have a couple of redheads!!
