Overview
One of many magical joke items invented by the Weasley Twins, Canary Creams were a custard cream biscuit created in 1994, which looked and tasted like an ordinary custard cream, but caused the eater to be transfigured into a giant canary. The effect of these was short-lived and the victim reverted within a minute.
Priced at 7 sickles each, there were many instances of students falling foul of these. They were later sold at Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes and Zonko's Joke Shop.
