Vera LaKulina Vera learned his lesson the first time he tried playing with time magic [plot] and if he got a fully functioning one now i think he would just have a full blown meltdown and call Nova or Hugo yo take it far away from him XD he is NOT risking being stuck in another timeloop, that is for sure! XD
Halley Acrux-LaRosura HEAL would never use it, and instead just turn it into the ministry at once. she knows time magic is a triccky thing and she could never live with herself if one mistake in the past led to someone missing out on their happiness in the future. she also would not tell anyone she had it afterwards, because she does not need people to go looking for more
Dove Merlin-LaRosura Dove would without a doubt find a way to warn her mother about the future in the hopes that her father would stay with them instead of end up in prison (she knows this is a bad idea, but she would also never admit to it)
