Ignatius Bolingbroke I don't think Iggy's parents are the sort to send howlers, but if they were, it would be for getting detentions, losing heinous amounts of points, being an embarrassment, or for accidental destruction of property, oops :P
Vin Ladrian Vin would probably get a Howler from her grandparents. It wouldn't take much anyway, just a breach of etiquette that they heard of, or maybe extra mingling with muggles. It's a wonder they haven't yet realized that Vin and her parents couldn't care less :P
Vera LaKulina either from boss/uncle Leonardo, complaining about 'extreme missions on the job' (not saying that was already happned like 20 times but.....) or Hugo being mad at me for what I feel - I guess it could be my mother Kulina too, but I have never seen her send one of them, she just shows up with her very very hard ballet shoes, but with her it would probably be for crashing my bike and not saying her, or not treating my brothers with the same love as my sister heheh XD
