What does the creature look like?
The Firedrake has a curious appearance. First of all, it resembles a large form of lizard, which some says resembles a dragon, while others believe they might just look like overgrown lizards. The creature is small and have two large wings, which it uses to fly. It can be found in both yellow and black.What is its abilities?
Not much is known about the Firedrake, but its most noticeable ability is that it is capable of flying, much like a dragon. The second ability, which is known of the creature, is its ability to emit sparks of fire from the end of their tail. Unlike dragons, they do not spit fire, but can still be dangerous due to the warm sparks of fire that can be emitted from its tail. The sparks were destructable enough to set fire to flameable things.
Where does it usually live?
It is actually unknown where the creature were first discovered, but they are believed to be found in the US. The creatures also used to danger the international wizarding world, meaning that they are most likely to be found on most continents.How well would it be to hold as a pet?
Now, not much is known about the Firedrake, meaning that the creature might end up working different than expected in the end. Of course, this would seem like the perfect creature for a person who have always wanted a dragon, but couldn't because of the large size. Despite the Firedrake being smaller than a dragon, it still requires quite a lot of room and space to fly around. It is also important that you do not keep anything flameable around it. The Firedrake is definitely not meant to live its life in a cage, and is most likely also a meat eater. While its diet probably can consist of bugs only, it would require a large amount of bugs to feed the creature. The creature definitely requires a knowledgeable owner, who has experience with holding creatures, and possibly even dragons.
