A new WoP year calls for a new year question.
What if you could change the way the Sorting happened? The hat is getting a little...old hat and we know other wizarding schools do it differently, so what if we went for a bit of a change?
I reckon we set up a little series of problems like the protection for the Philosopher's Stone (maybe not quite as treacherous though, not like they know much magic at this point) to really see how the students approach problems in the real world. Maybe they can even work together to get the full picture.
