Let's get to know each other

Discovering WoP was just a flow I guess. I originally started on World of Olympians, around seven months ago. After switching to the Harry Potter side of roleplaying, I instantly fell in love with everything. The welcoming of the site, the fun people, and I immediately made friends. There was a conversation brought up about different sites, and someone was talking about WoP EU. I had forgotten that EU servers existed (Because I am from America), but I decided to go ahead and join as the same name I use with EVERY site to spot some familiar faces and make even more friends (and give myself more work T^T)

Well…my day-to-day life is waking up, going to school (highschool), doing my clubs and sports after school, then going home. I technically don’t “work” unless you mean the thousands of assignments my teachers assign. I feel like what I do in real life doesn’t link to the Harry Potter Universe, but I think that juggling all of my clubs, sports, and school work links to things on site (Like having jobs across different sites).

Well, Ivory is almost EVERYTHING like me in real life. When I first joined roleplay sites, I didn’t know that you could make your character someone else…so I made Ivory like me. Very energetic, always wanted to make friends, pretty clumsy. But I gave Ivory characteristics I wish I had. Knowing Korean, being so confident in who she is, etc. I feel like I made Ivory an image of who I want to be, not exactly who I am.

If Ivory had to be friends with anyone from the saga, it would be Hagrid and Harry. Ivory loves when she can look up to people and see their true colors (good true colors) And Hagrid is definitely that person. He is fun, loving, and always shows the best side of himself. He would be like a mentor to her, another parent to her to wash away all the bad feelings her own parents give her. Of course, Ivory would be friends with Harry. I mean, the whole Golden Trio itself would make Ivory very happy to be friends with them. She is very competitive as well, so she would definitely fit in with them. Harry would be like a brother to her in a way, due to him being an amazing leader.

Ivory doesn’t make enemies! She doesn’t believe in having an enemy, but someone she WOULD tease (playfully) is Draco. She strongly believes that anyone who has done wrong to her friends deserves no place in her heart. She would probably go back and forth with him at times, but she would never flat out HATE someone…unless it is Umbridge or Voldermort. She would definitely be enemies with those two, especially Umbridge. She would NOT let Umbridge do all of that horrible stuff to her, because she believes in right opinions, not authority.

New comers: I have one thing to say. Talk to people. Trust me, you don’t want to be someone who says hi in chat, and no one responds. It makes you feel bad, like no one cares about you. Conversations in chat are for ALL people, no matter who they are, so don’t be afraid to join conversations, or to create one! The best thing you can be on this site is to be active. Active, welcoming, caring. If not one, then the other. Try to be the best person you can be, because that rubs off on people. What I am saying: Be YOU. Not anyone else. Be you. And you will go far on site.

If I was an animal, I would be a Wolf. Playful like a dog, but stronger. (and maybe I want a wolf…?) Full of energy, pretty smart, and most importantly, protects it’s pack. I would also be a Red panda, because I love the “Cute but Fierce" trope!
