Headmaster Harland and Minister Beckett have become rivals of sorts as they bet against each other on the simpler matters in life. There is always a consequence for the loser of every bet, and a story to tell behind each.
Each week, those within the winning bet will receive 5 wizard cards, and 2 house points, to be revealed at the start of the following week's article.
Well, it took a few weeks but somebody finally caught a glimpse of the mysterious pet that has been on everybody’s minds. And much to the disappointment of many, the pet itself was nothing more than a Niffler! The family had kept it under wraps to ensure it didn’t escape and cause chaos on their journey home, and had not realised people thought it had been hidden.
That means our bet winner this week is Astrid! This also means Clarence is in for another consequence as he has now had to offer to look after the little Niffler whilst the family go on their next holiday!
