Hey there, everyone! Welcome to the Hex Flex, a brand new blog series centered around all our favourite Harry Potter characters! Throughout the books, we get to meet a variety of wonderful characters (student, staff and otherwise), all of whom have their own strengths and weaknesses. Some specialise in spellwork, some brew deadly Potions, while others are a little more creative.
In this blog series, I'll be pitting two of these characters against each other every week, and you'll get to vote on who you think will win! To keep things fair, we'll assume that both of the characters are at the height of their power and nobody else can interfere. They can use charms, curses, potions, transfiguration and just about any other form of magic you can think of. Maybe they'll even use non-magical methods like pushing or kicking, or maybe they'll throw deadly plants at each other - anything to help them win :P
To take part, all you have to do is comment what you think will happen! Who will win and how will they do it? Will it be a long, drawn-out duel or will it be over in seconds? You're the judge here. Anyone who participates will earn themselves a prize of 5 wizard cards, so make sure not to miss out!
Without further ado, let's meet this week's contenders!
Lord Voldemort

So there we have it! Our two contenders, ready to duel for our entertainment. Who do you think will win? Remember that this is while they're both at the absolute height of their power, regardless of when that is in the Harry Potter timeline - they've both been popped into future Hogwarts with a special reverse time-turner, just for us :P yes that is a thing now, shush
Let us know how you think this'll go in the comments, and make sure to have fun with it! You can be as serious or silly as you like, just as long as you explain your reasoning. I'll see you in next week's edition :D
