Welcome, {%FIRSTNAME%}, to the fifth article of World Food

In this blog I will be making you all super hungry! Just kidding ;) I shall be talking to you about foods from around the world! Each month I will be bringing you a new place from around the world and different foods from that place. Perhaps ones you've tried, or even ones that you'd like to try!

So today, we are going to be looking at SCOTLAND! I'm not really sure if I've ever tasted any foods from here, but I suppose we shall find out!

Let's dig in!

Haggis
I am very confused as to what this is. It looks something like minced meet with some other foods? If you're Scotish please correct me! xD Here is what you'll need to make it:

Ox bung, lambs pluck, beef, suet and oatmeal.

A very interesting mix of things. Seems to be a lot of meet too! .

Time for dessert!

Shortbread

I love a good shortbread. They are so yummy and buttery! My stomach doesn't like them, but I bet you can make them pretty easily! These are the ingredients within them:

flour, caster sugar and butter.

You could have these with ice cream maybe! It looks pretty simple to make, perhaps I'll make some myself!

Well, that's all for this month! But be sure to check back for the next World Foods article! Stay awesome!
