Welcome, {%FIRSTNAME%}, to the seventh article of World Food

In this blog I will be making you all super hungry! Just kidding ;) I shall be talking to you about foods from around the world! Each month I will be bringing you a new place from around the world and different foods from that place. Perhaps ones you've tried, or even ones that you'd like to try!

So today, we are going to be looking at CHINESE! I'm not really sure if I've ever tasted any foods from here, but I suppose we shall find out!

Crispy Duck Pancakes
This is my favourite dish to order from a chinese and probably the most expensive too. But, it tastes so good so it is definitely worth the price I'd say! Here is what you'll need to make it:

½ cucumber, cut into thin matchsticks ,small bunch spring onions, 2 duck breasts, 5 plums, 50ml agave syrup, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 150g plain flour.

My tastebuds are currently watering... .

Time for dessert!

Egg Tarts

I've never had this and it certainly sounds interesting. Perhaps one day I shall try it, but for now; here it what you need:

450g flour, 325g butter, 6 eggs, salt, water, milk, sugar, egg tart mould.

These look a little more on the tricky side but still sound kinda yummy!

Well, that's all for this month! But be sure to check back for the next World Foods article! Stay awesome!
