Today's topic is the... Glow Bugs!

What does the creature look like?

The Glow Bug is a magical worm, which is known for the fact that they glow. They look much like worms, but the worm in itself was see-through, yet white-looking. It has small feelers on top of their head.

What is its abilities?

While the glow bug does not have the most amazing abilities, they are definitely fascinating. The Glow Bug has an organ, which is refered to as the "blinker". This organ is able to make repeated white, bright light flashes. While the worm can do this randomly, it is known for being intelligent and using its flashes to communicate with other creatures, and even humans.

Where does it usually live?

The creature is said to live all around the world, even though it is unknown where it first originated.

How well would it be to hold as a pet?

Now, the Glow Bug is an interesting creature to hold. They usually live within lightbulbs, which makes sense with their fascinating abilities to glow in the dark, and this also means that they do not require a lot of space. Yet, keeping a worm is not easy, especially not when it is small. This creature can both fly and crawl, and even skim across lakes, which means that it could probably easy escape if you were not paying enough attention. They are often used as bait for fishing, so if you fish, and do not care much about the pet, then you can certainly hold them for that reason. As a pet itself, it might not be the best pet to hold, but it could be a great pet for a young kid who might have to learn responsibility, seeing as the damage is not too bad if something does go wrong.

Let me know underneath what you thought about the Glow Bug! Would you be interested in holding it as a pet, or do you prefer for it to stay in the wild?
