In this blog I will be making you all super hungry! Just kidding ;) I shall be talking to you about foods from around the world! Each month I will be bringing you a new place from around the world and different foods from that place. Perhaps ones you've tried, or even ones that you'd like to try!

Fish and Chips!
This is a VERY well known dish in the UK, but specifically in England, it's actually known as their own food. Personally, I'm not fond of fish, but chips are amazing and I know a lot of people enjoy this meal! What you'll need for this is:

A battered cod fish, chips (oven or frying) and normally you'd have it with peas or some sort of vegatable. Adding a slice of lemon on top of the fish and serve with a side of tartar sauce!

There are many types of fish that you could potentially have, but the common one to have in England is Cod! You could also either have mushy peas or normal peas! .

Time for dessert!

Jam Roly Poly!

You guess it! This is basically jam inside of a cake sort of thing! It tastes really nice and it's almost like a mini cake - it's often made in logs! It's normally served with either custard or cream! Here are the ingredients:

Butter, self-raising flour, vanilla pod, suet, milk and whatever flavoured jam you'd like!

You can add different ingredients such as nuts, different spreads like nutella, or you could sprinkle some icing sugar on top!

Well, that's all for this month! But be sure to check back for the next World Foods article! Stay awesome!
