This week, we are featuring Leah Kimble, another Hufflepuff! Leah is actually a professor, teaching the subject of Astronomy! She is a Pureblood wizard, and we're going to learn more about her!
Do you want your own wizarding card? Send me an owl! Here's what you need to include in that owl:
- Your WOP Name and House
- An image of you (Doesn't have to be your profile picture)
A brief (3 or 4 lines) biography blurb
- The name of a Canon Character that you identify with, or admire, and why!
Remember that your image cannot be taken straight from the movie itself. Also bonus points if you give me a gif with the face moving! Just like the real wizarding cards!
This Edition's Wizarding Cards
Born to a well known quidditch player and a respected ministry worker, Leah Kimble had always been around witches and wizards, but felt drawn to subjects such as divination, arithmancy and astronomy rather than the more ‘typical magical’ fields. She absolutely adores her job as the astronomy professor at Hogwarts, and when she has any free time, she loves photography, travelling and baking.
Professor Flitwick was a well-loved teacher of Charms. A very short man, he often had to stand on several boxes just to be seen by his students. He went to Hogwarts and was sorted into Ravenclaw. OOG: He is my favourite HP character and I admire how patient and kind he is to all of his students - I feel like Leah would have the same opinion on him and would also admire his teaching methods.
