Greetings, all! I have returned with another armpit-tickling addition of Unveiling the FaceClaim. I'm sure you have all missed me, and while I would like to let you all show your love to me, it is needed for something else. After all, today is not about me but our wonderful guest... Benedict Ashloft!
Ben is known throughout WoP for being a dirty lil' SnackCake, but in IG Hogwarts, he's the fair and incredible Transfiguration Professor who has quite a lot of admirers from all years. Famous for his many, many, many, many, MANY sexual conquests, Ben has quite the reputation. But, what about his FC? Who even is he anyway? Well, it is none other than actor Harry Lloyd.
Harry Lloyd has played many different characters and managed to portrey them with incredible uniqueness each time. His talent is as good as his looks. He also has a rather impressive ancestry, with his great-grandfather being the writer Charles Dickens, alongside Captain Peter Dickens and Admiral Henry Balgrove.
He started his acting career at the ripe age of 16, and saw success after one another, even starring in David Copperfield with Daniel Radcliffe. He also appeared in several playes, most notable being Kiss of the Spider Woman and The Comedy Errors. With such an impressive array of accomplishments, I only wish he was cast more in bigger projects.
Not much is knows about his homelife, with only bits and pieces of facts and information avaliable in various sources. So, I'm just going to jump into the QnA. Get excited ya'll, it's Ben time.
1. When did you first discover Harry Lloyd and what was your first impression?
Hmm I suppose it was while watching Game of Thrones. But I didn't realize until later that I wanted to make a character based on him. I honestly can't remember how I found him again, but I did create Benedict with Harry in mind. My first impression was basically 'oh, he'd make a great Slytherin faceclaim.
2. What are your thoughts on his acting career?
Hmm... I actually find him a very talented actor, so it's a shame that I haven't seen him as a protagonist in anything yet.
3. If you were to spend a day with Mr. Lloyd, what would be your day plan?
Ahh just listen to him talk. Have you heard his voice? I would probably also tell him about all the things I've had him do as "Benedict". I wonder if he would appreciate being a faceclaim or not... Honestly, it doesn't matter what we do as long as I get to spend a day being starstrucked.
Bonus Question. Where do you find all these nice Harry Lloyd gifs? I searched over and over and all I get are goshdarn Dumb and Dumber gifs. Jesus.
